Santa & Coffee

Owen was all about Santa this year......until it was time to sit on his lap.....then he wasn't having it at all.

Every year we like to go see the lights put on by a hotel across the interstate. They have an exterior Christmas light display that you drive through in your car to see different scenes. (Every year I take pics of the lights and every year am disappointed with the outcome of the lights since you are shooting through a car window.) Well after that, you can go inside and see a large nativity scene (which we skipped this year for reasons you will soon read about) and a massive train display.

Owen was enamored with the trains. He would run around looking at each little thing and then run to the next stop. He loved them so much he absolutely threw a fit (to put it mildly) when it was time to go. At least he liked it, I guess.

Santa's Reindeer

A neighboring town (Delafield) had their Santa & his reindeer out for kids to see one (very cold) Saturday morning. We had to go see, but the lines to see Santa were pretty ridiculous so we thought we'd just look at the reindeer.

Betty Brinn Museum w/ Daddy

On one of our Daddy/Dude Days I took Owen to the Betty Brinn Children's Museum in downtown Milwaukee. (He was there before with Emily maybe a year earlier.)
